Mental Health Occupational Therapy (OT) sessions offer practical, compassionate support to help you engage more fully in daily life while navigating mental health challenges. Sessions are grounded in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice and tailored to your unique needs, goals and values.
Mental health can affect every part of life; including routines, relationships, work, rest, self-care and sense of identity. As a Mental Health OT, I support you to better understand these impacts and to build skills, strategies and supports that promote sustainable wellbeing and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Sessions are collaborative and client-centred, honouring your lived experience while supporting you to develop greater choice, confidence and capacity.

Emotional regulation and coping strategies
Anxiety, depression, stress and burnout
Trauma-related difficulties using trauma-informed approaches
Establishing supportive routines and structure
Daily living skills, work or study participation
Sleep, energy management and self-care

Mental health OT sessions may assist with:
Sessions are practical and strengths based, focusing on what helps you function, feel and live better in ways that matter to you.
Where appropraite, sessions may untegrate mind and body appraoches informed by neuroscience, psychology and occupational therapy practice to support regulation, embodiement and self-connection.

Mental Health OT sessions are available:
In person in Wonthaggi, Victoria
Via telehealth, available Australia-wide
Both options offer flexible, accessible support with the same professional standard of care.
Fees & Funding Options
For 1:1 60 minute session
Private paying: $210 per session
Mental Health Care Plan: $210 per session
Eligible for a Medicare rebate with a valid GP referral
NDIS: $193.99 per session
