Return to You
Week 1
A few minutes each day is enough. This week isn’t about doing it perfectly, it’s about noticing what happens when you make space to come back to yourself.
This week’s focus
Phone out of the bedroom
This week if it feels possible, try leaving your phone outside your bedroom overnight. If you need it for an alarm can it be over the other side of the room?
You don’t have to do it every night, and it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Notice what changes when you wake without immediately reaching for your phone. Maybe there’s a little more quiet. A little more space. Maybe nothing changes at all, and that’s okay too.
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s simply noticing.
This week’s practice
3 minute breathing space
This practice is designed to help you pause, notice what’s happening in the present moment, and gently reconnect with yourself. It’s a simple way to step out of autopilot and create a little more space before responding to whatever comes next.
Use it whenever you need a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to save it for stressful moments, it can be just as powerful when you’re already feeling okay.
Remember
You don’t need to master every practice in this program. Over the next 6 weeks, you’re building your own nervous system toolkit. Some practices will feel more helpful than others, and that’s exactly what we’re looking for.
Keep the ones that work for you. Leave the ones that don’t.
This is about you discovering what helps you return to yourself.
