1:1 Sound Healing
These one-on-one sound healing sessions are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Using sound, vibration, and intentional space, we work gently with your nervous system to support deep rest and regulation.
During your session, Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around your body, allowing the vibrations to be felt as much as they are heard. It’s less about doing and more about being, giving your body the space it often doesn’t get in everyday life.
This work meets you where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a reset, sound can help guide you back to a place of balance.
