Return to You

Week 4

Change doesn’t happen all at once. It’s created through the small choices you make each day, and each one is worth celebrating.

This week’s focus

Move in a way that feels good

We know movement is good for us, but sometimes it can feel like another thing on the to-do-list. When movement becomes tied to pressure or expectation, it’s easy to avoid altogether.

This week the invitation is to move in a way that feels good. It might be a short walk, dancing in the kitchen, stretching between meetings, or playing outside with your kids. Let go of what movement should look like, and instead choose something that feels supportive, enjoyable, and achievable for your body today.

This week’s practice

Grounding through the senses

This weeks practice invites you to reconnect with the present moment through your senses. By gently noticing what you see, hear, feel, smell and taste, you can shift your attention away from thoughts about the past or the future and back to what’s happening right now.

This isn’t about changing how you feel or empying your mind. It’s simply an opportunity to pause, become curious, and reconnect with the world around you.

Grounding through the senses

Remember

You don’t need to master every practice in this program. Over the next 6 weeks, you’re building your own nervous system toolkit. Some practices will feel more helpful than others, and that’s exactly what we’re looking for.

Keep the ones that work for you. Leave the ones that don’t.

This is about you discovering what helps you return to yourself.
